During the third, Lopaev netted what turned out to be the game winning goal at 4:34 with helpers from Hammel and Rudek. Mehall answered for Maine with a goal at 6:48 with an assist from fellow Wild forward Bannon. Panfen deposited a goal at 11:23 with helpers from Roberts and Haynes. Panfen put in a goal at 13:45 with assists from Ledbetter and Roberts. Marcola answered for Northeast with a goal at 16:53 with helpers from his linemates, Rudek and Lopaev.
